Orders, Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by The TCG Guys.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, limit, or void any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inventory availability
   
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
   
• Excessive chargebacks or disputes

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Products & Packaging

Product images, descriptions, and packaging representations are provided for identification and descriptive purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per customer
   
• Discontinue products at any time

Pricing Errors & Listing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product listings, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, including pricing errors, typographical errors, or incorrect product information.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, The TCG Guys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Cancel or refuse any order placed for the affected product
   
• Correct the error prior to shipment
   
• Issue a full refund for any canceled order
   

We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices or listings, even after an order has been submitted or payment has been processed.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping is available within the United States only
   
• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
   
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier
   

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within two (2) days of delivery only if the product remains unopened, unused, and in original manufacturers packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
   
• Any approved refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping
   
• Opened, tampered, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund
   

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Sealed Product, Randomized Contents & Pull Rates

Trading card products contain randomized contents determined solely by the manufacturer.

• No guarantees are made regarding pull rates, card contents, or odds
   
• Any stated odds or probabilities are provided by the manufacturer, not by The TCG Guys
   
• Purchase of sealed product acknowledges acceptance of inherent randomness
   

Returns, refunds, or chargebacks based on dissatisfaction with pack or box contents will not be accepted.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you agree to contact The TCG Guys directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to:

• Contest chargebacks using order records, delivery confirmation, and these Terms
   
• Suspend or permanently refuse service to customers who initiate fraudulent or excessive disputes
   
• Cancel pending or future orders associated with abusive chargeback behavior
   

Abuse of the chargeback process may result in permanent refusal of service.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

All original content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of The TCG Guys or its content suppliers and is protected by United States intellectual property laws.
